• Lead initiatives to optimize conversion rates and increase average order value (AOV) through strategic product enhancements, category experiences, and shopping personalization • Continually articulate problem statements, hypotheses, test plans and communicate strategic approach to leadership, key stakeholders, and development teams • Evaluate end-to-end customer journeys and continually identify opportunities to improve member engagement and revenue-driving experiences • Helming thoughtful experimentation across products to constantly improve the member experience through feedback and A/B testing • Efficient in gathering and transforming business needs into UACs and developing actionable and measurable delivery criteria for development and product design teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • 3+ years of experience on native consumer mobile apps • E-commerce experience is a must • Extensive experience with data-driven problem definition, building hypotheses, and executing A/B testing • Driven by data and exceptional analytical skills • Strong communication and storytelling skills with stakeholders in all departments • Superior organization and project management skills • Craft the product strategy for your area based on data • Affinity for the social mission of Thrive Market and a deep appreciation and empathy for the needs of the customer • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling revenue-generating products or features in a consumer-facing e-commerce environment • Subscription and/or Online Grocery product management experience is a plus!
