🏡 Remote – Anywhere in California
• Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population • Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record • Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes following each session • Communicate cross functionally with other teams/departments in order to support care continuation as needed • Adhere to established standards for documentation quality and code of ethics
• Required: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Associate therapists are not applicable for this position at this time. • Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP) • Active State License(s) • Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills • Experience with crisis intervention/de-escalation and safety/treatment planning • Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at-risk populations, and/or experience working in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment
• Per session rate is discussed upon interview and is dependent on level of education, licensure breadth, and clinical experience • Malpractice insurance is provided • Partial compensation for late cancellations and no shows • APA and ASWB sponsored CE opportunities • Candidate Referral Program
