Description
• Advocate for Engineering best practices and culture • Take a hands-on approach to drive technical refactoring • Lead technical design and planning for initiatives • Mentor Engineers • Analyze pain points and implement solutions • Be part of the on-call team • Own and maintain technical tooling documentation
Requirements
• Over 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer • Expertise in Node, React, TypeScript, SQL, Docker, and AWS infrastructure • Expert in design patterns • Consistent advocate for security and development best practices • Hands-on experience in technical refactoring • Strong analytical skills • Strong documentation skills • Located in the US • Excellent written and spoken English
