Description

• Develop and implement product marketing and content plans to drive awareness, demand, and loyalty of Torch Dental’s platform through rewards • Own customer lifecycle marketing in tandem with the product team through supplier promotions and customer wallet share expansion • Work with the onboarding team to create automated customer journeys to bolster activation and platform-use adoption • Work with the product team to understand platform features and benefits, and communicate them effectively to customers and prospects as well as own product-led-growth initiatives • Develop sales enablement tools, including presentations, product sheets, and case studies, to support the sales team • Create and manage customer advocacy programs, including testimonials, case studies, and social proof marketing • Produce high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, award submissions, and speaker sessions • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree and strong marketing background • Strong writing skills • 2 to 8 years of total professional experience • 2+ years of product and customer marketing experience • Company working hours at 9am - 6pm ET
