• Develop, implement, and manage the overall enterprise information security strategy. • Lead and mentor the information security team, fostering a culture of security awareness. • Serve as the primary advisor on information security and IT risk management. • Identify, assess, and prioritize information security risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. • Conduct regular security audits and assessments, managing responses to incidents. • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of security measures. • Manage security operations including threat detection and incident response. • Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans. • Communicate the security posture to the Board of Directors and stakeholders. • Provide training to employees on security threats and best practices. • Evaluate and manage relationships with security vendors and service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • A minimum of 6 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective information security strategies and programs. • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations. • Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, encryption, and vulnerability management tools. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
