• As a Senior Electrical Engineer you are responsible for design, development and managing of schematics, BOM, layouts, gerber files and full package readiness for the production. • Certified/proficient Altium Design engineer • Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes like design for manufacturability DFM, Design for test DFT and Design for Analysis DFA guidelines • Knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and circuit design principles • Experience with signal integrity analysis and high speed digital circuit design • Familiarity with industry standards and specifications for PCB layout and design • Expert in RF and battery circuit design and development • Ability to efficiently collaborate and communicate with hardware engineers and other cross functional teams • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail • Understanding of compliance, safety and thermal management considerations for PCB layout design • Strong understanding of EMI/EMC and RF considerations for layout design, known issues and mitigation skills • Documentation control and management to track schematic design, BOM and layout releases • Ability to adapt to fast changing requirements and maintain the flow of information • Take ownership of deliverables and guide the team as needed
• Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Engineering with proven experience in designing multiple products. • Min 7-10 years of experience in designing high speed compact PCBA’s for variety of applications • Experience with common communications protocols SPI/UART/CAN • Strong troubleshooting and testing skills • Efficient communication with CM/OEM before and during design development
