Description
• Ensure multiple, complex, client facing projects are delivered on time and in scope, and in alignment with organizational goals. • Use best practices and promoting excellence in: • Advancing projects from engagement to post-live transition • Management of client/third party expectations, tasks, issues, and risks • Matrixed resource management • Cross-functional collaboration and unblocking • Stakeholder engagement • Executive, client, and task level communication • Leadership – ensure on-time delivery of our contracted client experience solutions and meeting or exceeding our aggressive OKRs and KPIs. • Report out to multiple constituents, from planning phase through successful activation, and transition to the Account Team. • Program Support - identify opportunities for internal project delivery efficiencies, process improvement and design. Ensure policies and procedures are clearly defined and followed to promote proficiency and efficiency. • Collaboration - work closely with Sales, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Engineering, Solutions, and Client Success teams to ensure successful delivery of Transcarent services.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited university • At least 7 years of experience leading large, complex projects or at least 10 years of experience with less complex and/or smaller projects • PMI (I.e., PMP, PgMP) and Agile (e.g., CSM) Certification preferred • Experience independently developing standard program and project documentation • Experience managing matrixed cross-functional project teams • Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, diagramming solutions (Lucid Chart, Miro, Visio) Outstanding executive facing communication (written and verbal, effective virtual presence)
