Description
• Key member of the small frontend development team making important technical decisions • Love to code and build APIs • Experience with Scrum and ability to lead a small group of developers is a huge bonus • 'Uber developer' who can do a little bit of everything • Help with high-level software design decisions • Provide code review, technical guidance, mentoring, support, and training • Work with design and other teams to develop new customer-facing features and maintain existing ones • Create libraries, components, and tools for maximum performance • Improve development experience • Think like a product owner • Solve problems creatively and efficiently • Passion for doing the right things, collaborating, and team building • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requirements
• Significant production React or React Native experience on a medium to large scale application • Demonstrated experience mentoring other engineers and setting team best practices • Ability to write clean and well-tested TypeScript code • English proficiency in the CEFR scale or equivalent • Scale of 1-10: React ( ), JavaScript ( ), RestFUL API ( ) • Familiarity with Scrum
