Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, identify test scenarios, and ensure comprehensive test coverage. • Develop and execute well-structured test plans and test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability. • Perform functional, regression, integration, acceptance, and End-to-End Testing on various software applications and systems. • Document and track software defects using Jira and work closely with developers to resolve issues promptly. • Participate in the design and implementation of automated UI and API test scripts to streamline the testing process. • Conduct thorough analysis of test results and provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives, to contribute to the overall development process. • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. • At least 7 years of experience in software quality assurance/testing. • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. • Experience in both manual and automation testing. • Experience in troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis. • Experience in UI and API automation testing. • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Testim, RestAssured, Postman. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, or JavaScript. • Experience with Performance testing tools such as K6, JMeter, Site speed, etc. • Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools. • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web application frameworks. • Knowledge of basic SQL queries. • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. • Self-directed, willing to take initiative, and proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
