• Create and lead all marketing & growth aspects including the market vision, user experience, sales, and growth plans to ensure alignment with business model goals • Build and lead marketing/non-technical teams • Create and build relationships with external stakeholders, partnerships, and customers • Negotiate partnership and client contracts • Lead social media & PR efforts • Undertake market research studies and analyze the results in order to better understand the market • Work with founder to create go to market strategies and bring product to new markets • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams to deliver customer-centric products • Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to marketing/growth strategy • Monitor KPIs, analytics, and budgets to assess marketing performance • Be involved in fundraising processes and communicate marketing/growth strategy to partners and investors
• 8+ years of marketing experience in both client side and agency/consulting side with large-scale clients, VCs, and startups • Experience leading innovative, impactful (sometimes scrappy) marketing campaigns in tech industries and budget ranges • Expertise owning an entire marketing campaign, from strategy to execution, with proven results for brands • Diversity of marketing experience ranging from, but not limited to, content and SEO, social media, lead generation, paid media, thought leadership, sales enablement • Excellent verbal and written communicator • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with people at all levels of the organization • Proven ability to work with sales and drive revenue for a company • Experience with HubSpot and Google Analytics is required • Passion for technology and the startup ecosystem • Constant feedback and “Extreme Ownership” ethos culture
