• As Lead Software Test Engineer, you will lead the design, installation, configuration, and management of the Test Engineering server/network infrastructure and overall system architecture, including applications and databases.
• Test Strategy: Develop and implement test strategies and plans for software systems. Define test objectives, scope, and criteria based on project requirements and specifications. • Test Execution: Lead the execution of manual and automated tests, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Ensure thorough coverage of software components and features. • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of software test engineers. Provide guidance on best practices, test methodologies, and troubleshooting techniques. Oversee the progress of testing activities and ensure timely completion. • Issue Identification: Identify, document, and prioritize software defects and issues. Collaborate with development teams to diagnose and resolve problems. Track issues through to resolution and ensure quality standards are met. • Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks. Enhance test automation processes to increase efficiency and coverage. Integrate automated tests into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Ensure that all testing activities are accurately documented and comply with industry standards. • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies. Identify opportunities to enhance test effectiveness, efficiency, and coverage.
