Description

• Turo is the world's largest car sharing marketplace. • Product managers guide the process of prioritizing, building, and shipping products. • Create an intuitive, efficient, and personalized search and booking experience for Turo guests. • Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to ensure user satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

• Experience leading search and conversion-focused product development organizations, preferably within the travel or e-commerce industries. • At least 3 years of experience leading other product managers, with a track record of attracting and nurturing talent, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture, and driving quantifiable business impact. • At least 8 years as a PM working with product development teams to prioritize, build, and ship world class consumer product experiences. • A collaborative, low-ego approach to working with others, valuing teamwork and collective problem-solving. • Outstanding judgment, product sense, and analytical rigor.
