• Translate strategy into a direction and work plan for the project team • Develop and determine the adequate level of engineering scope in an increasingly complex business environment for the Engineering, Quality and Asset Data Management Plans for the project at each stage • Plan, staff, and lead engineering and technical personnel to meet project mandate throughout the entire project lifecycle, i.e. scoping, design development, detail engineering, and field engineering • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• 20+ years of experience in complex projects (i.e., upgraders, refineries, naphtha, syngas plants, jetfuel) • Experience in early stage development on diverse projects, varying in size, front-end development of scope and complexity • Strong knowledge of construction processes of hydrocarbon plants • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
