• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy focused on the M&E industry, aligned with Twelve Labs' overall business objectives and product roadmap. • Identify, prospect, and engage with potential partners, including studios, networks, platforms, and technology providers, to establish mutually beneficial relationships and build a robust partnership pipeline. • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling messaging and positioning that articulates the value of Twelve Labs' AI technology to the M&E industry, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption. • Manage and grow channel partnerships, including identifying opportunities for joint solutions, co-marketing initiatives, and revenue-sharing models that drive mutual success. • Plan and execute field marketing activities and events, such as industry conferences, workshops, and executive briefings, to showcase Twelve Labs' capabilities and engage with key decision-makers. • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to partners and prospects, providing guidance on best practices, industry trends, and emerging opportunities for leveraging AI in M&E workflows. • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, thought leaders and strategic partners to expand Twelve Labs' network and create new opportunities for collaboration and growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful integration and deployment of Twelve Labs' technology within partner ecosystems. • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to leadership and stakeholders, and continuously optimize partnership strategies based on data-driven insights.
• 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field within the M&E industry, with a strong track record of building and managing successful channel partnerships. • Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing and messaging strategies that resonate with the M&E community and drive business results. • Deep understanding of the M&E landscape, including key players, trends, workflows, and technologies, and a passion for staying at the forefront of industry developments. • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures, build trust, and influence decision-makers at all levels. • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure and close complex partnership deals and drive revenue growth. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and represent Twelve Labs as a subject matter expert and thought leader. • Experience planning and executing successful field marketing events and initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage internal stakeholders to drive project success. • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, industry events, and conferences.
