Description

• As a Senior UI Designer, shape digital web platforms' visual and interactive direction • Collaborate closely with Experience Designers, Digital Designers, and cross-functional teams • Lead the creation of visually stunning and intuitive UI designs • Take ownership of the design process and iterate on concepts • Uphold brand consistency and maintain design standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of UI design experience for touch-based mobile interfaces for e-commerce (D2C brands preferred) • Strong portfolio with examples of visually compelling and functional UI designs for responsive and mobile websites • Strong ability to empathize with and solve user needs and pain points through visual design • Expert knowledge of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, iconography, and digital image preparation • Expert knowledge of modern UI patterns, elements, interactions, and responsive web design • Experience with animation tools and a strong affinity for user interface animation to enhance interactivity and user engagement • Ability to articulate the rationale behind design decisions and provide a clear point of view • High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse team members • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment • Ability to manage multiple design projects of varying sizes without sacrificing quality • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Understanding of e-commerce best practices
