• Develop solution sales strategies and targets with account General Managers for assigned accounts and drive activity to achieve those targets within those accounts. • Meet with clients to understand their needs and develop proposals with solution approach, team, and pricing to meet those needs. • Sell, lead, and deliver your solutions at assigned accounts. Model solution development through both sales and delivery excellence. • Develop and curate solutions offering content that helps advance solution sales growth companywide. • Actively drive individual consulting and solutions sales efforts at your accounts and across regions for selected solutions and areas of expertise. • Identify opportunities and engage with Account, Business Development, and Practice leaders to develop individual consulting and solution proposals to help win new work. • Generate unique points of view, case studies, and other collateral related to selected solutions and share with internal stakeholders and with clients in sales meetings. • Oversee the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of Solution and Practice protocols and standards. Set and raise the bar. • Guide and inspire consultants to sell, lead and deliver your solutions. Give them a path to success and create opportunities to be together in person, for Lunch & Learns, strategy sessions, happy hours, etc. • Provide input and direction to the recruiting team on the skills, abilities, and background needed for the solution specific candidates. • Lead from the front through excellent delivery as a billable leader (100% utilized) with a combination of both delivery and delivery lead responsibilities. • Ensure each team member contributes to the team's success by creating high quality deliverables and meeting established milestones. Provide quality assurance of deliverables and coaching/mentoring, as needed. Create a positive team environment where each member is heard, respected, and valued.
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on providing business value • 10+ years leading concurrent projects and managing senior client relationships • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Organizational Effectiveness areas, including Change & Adoption, Learning & Training, and/or Talent & Organizational Design • Prior experience managing and growing consulting services • Extensive experience selling and delivering work with a track record of sales growth. • Proven history of growing a client base through organic business development and supporting pre-sale actions • Must have excellent client-facing skills including communication, presentation, and relationship management capabilities. • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
