• Responsible for creating, maintaining, and analyzing marketing data • Analyzing key metrics for campaign spend, lead generation, and funnel efficiency • Building and optimizing attribution models • Assisting marketing leadership in setting targets and budget allocation strategies • Delivering data and insights for various reports and analysis • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve lead generation efforts • Driving marketing database strategy • Designing and implementing marketing data models and automation scripts • Advocating for data-driven approaches in B2B marketing efforts • Acting as an expert in marketing performance and optimization opportunities
• 7+ years of experience in analytics/strategy/operations roles • Demonstrated knowledge of B2B SaaS Marketing metrics and methodologies • Data-driven and self-motivated attitude • Proficiency in platforms like SQL endpoints (Snowflake), Tableau, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics • Advanced analytics skills • Ability to communicate effectively and adapt messages to different audiences • Relationship building skills with business partners • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
