Description

• Develop a deep understanding of our biopharma customer’s pain points and needs • Collaborate with product management, engineering, statistics, and machine learning partners to build intuitive, elegant user experiences • Lead design projects from concept to high fidelity mockups, ensuring high standards of design quality and consistency • Produce interactive prototypes and lead user research and usability studies to gather insights and refine products • Develop novel concepts from 0 to 1 in a greenfield, and improve existing features based on user feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mastery in interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving skills • Experience in interactive data visualizations is preferred • Excellent storytelling and communication with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs • Expert in Figma • User research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Knowledge or experience in the healthcare or clinical trial industry is a plus
