• Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive growth strategy that targets key market segments to increase the adoption of Unlimit Crypto's on & off-ramp solutions among businesses • Cryptocurrency Market Expertise: Utilize an in-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market dynamics to guide marketing strategies and product positioning • Brand and Product Awareness: Execute targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns to raise awareness and understanding of our offramp solutions within target businesses • Assistance promoting our Crypto offering in industry and mainstream media, drafting releases and creating opportunities for spokespeople Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic relationships within the cryptocurrency and fintech ecosystems to drive product adoption and integration • Performance Marketing Excellence: Lead initiatives in Google PPC, SEO, and other digital channels to attract and convert targeted audiences • Influencer and Community Engagement: Engage with influencers and key figures in the cryptocurrency community to foster a strong brand presence and drive solution adoption • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Consistently analyze campaign and market data to refine strategies and achieve key growth metrics • Collaborative Leadership: Ensure close alignment with product and sales teams to integrate marketing efforts with overall business goals • Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to continually improve lead quality and revenue growth • Work closely with a successful and highly specialized marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in digital marketing.

Requirements

• Over 8 years in growth marketing, with a significant emphasis on digital strategies within the crypto sector • A minimum of 3 years in managerial roles in the cryptocurrency industry, demonstrating a profound understanding of marketing cryptocurrency products and services • Proven ability in crafting and leading successful growth initiatives for B2B solutions, especially in the cryptocurrency or fintech domains • Documented experience in orchestrating multi-faceted marketing campaigns that have tangibly increased business engagement with technology solutions
