Requirements

• A passion for animation and a visionary approach to integrating technology with artistic processes. • 6+ years of experience in machine learning and AI, preferably with exposure to animation, gaming, or visual effects industries. • Strong foundation in AI algorithms, data processing, and computational models, with a track record of applying these in creative and innovative ways. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++, with experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Huggingface. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across creative and technical teams. • A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Animation, or a related field. • Experience in developing AI tools for animation, such as automated rigging, facial animation, or natural language processing for script analysis. • A portfolio that demonstrates successful integration of AI in animation projects, highlighting improvements in quality, efficiency, or creativity. • Familiarity with 3D animation software (like Maya or Blender) and real-time engines (like Unreal Engine or Unity). • Contributions to the AI and animation community through research, open-source projects, or public speaking.
