• Data Exploration and Preprocessing: Explore and preprocess large-scale datasets, identifying patterns, anomalies, and insights to inform model development. • Model Development: Develop and implement advanced AI and ML models to solve complex business problems, leveraging techniques such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning. • Feature Engineering: Engineer features from raw data to enhance model performance and predictive accuracy, leveraging domain knowledge and data analysis techniques. • Model Evaluation and Validation: Evaluate and validate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques, ensuring robustness, reliability, and generalization. • Hyperparameter Tuning: Optimize model hyperparameters and configurations using techniques such as grid search, random search, and Bayesian optimization to maximize performance. • Model Interpretability: Interpret and explain model predictions and behavior to stakeholders, providing insights and actionable recommendations based on model outputs. • Model Deployment: Deploy AI and ML models into production environments, integrating with existing systems and platforms to enable real-time inference and decision-making. • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor model performance and health over time, implementing monitoring and alerting systems to detect and mitigate issues proactively. • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions that meet customer requirements. • Research and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI and ML research and technology, exploring innovative approaches and techniques to enhance model performance and capabilities.
• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. PhD is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on AI and ML techniques and applications. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data science libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and pandas. • Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts and algorithms, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning. • Experience with feature engineering, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning techniques. • Familiarity with machine learning deployment and productionization, including model deployment frameworks and containerization technologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
