Requirements
• 5+ years of software development experience • Proficiency in Python, software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices • Strong coding skills in one or more programming languages • Demonstrated ability to solve complex software problems • Experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
