🏡 Remote – Anywhere in California
• Execute outsourced service programs for target enterprise accounts, partnering with client contacts and coordinating contracted team fulfilling clients' work services • Work cross functionally for operational growth within assigned programs; including but not limited to maintaining staffing goals, compliance standards, and increased efficiencies • Provide thought leadership and strategic counsel to the client (e.g., best practice presentations, cost savings recommendations, reporting) • Evaluate job requests from customer for appropriateness for our workforce; help tweak where needed • Manage TBD size of delivery managers and support team • Facilitate troubleshooting of tooling issues and partner with cross functional partners to resolve • Consult with Sales and client prospects on new Managed Services business opportunities
• 5-10 years experience in account management, program management, or project management role • Experience working with Fortune 500 customers on complex projects • You’re a people person who can collaborate with both internal business partners and client stakeholders to execute on shared goals • You’ve led globally distributed and/or remote teams of project managers, recruiters and/or sales people; people management a plus • Strategic and creative thinking that enables you to understand industry and customer trends and apply those insights to deliver business results
