Description

• UserGems helps companies generate more revenue by identifying buyers who will most likely buy from them. Leveraging artificial intelligence, UserGems combines relationship data with trigger events to surface the most relevant buyers for each customer. We’ve raised $20M Series A from investors including Craft Ventures, Uncork Capital, Battery Ventures, and Tiger Global. • We're looking for a Director of Content & Communications to accelerate our growth and strengthen our position in the market. As a player-coach, you’ll be hands-on executing key initiatives while managing a high-performance team of full-time and freelance talents. • This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to take on a lot of ownership, experience exponential personal growth, and work with talented, collaborative, and friendly people who love what they do.

Requirements

• You have 4-6 years of experience in content marketing, brand, social media or related field • You've managed a small team of full-time employees or contractors but you're still scrappy • You write like you talk • You hold a high bar for content quality – not only for clarity but also whether the topics are actually interesting for the target audience, i.e. does it pass the eyebrow test • You're a creative thinker • You have strong project management skills • You like to collaborate with different teams and with stakeholders at all levels • (Bonus) You have some experience in B2C, e-commerce, or agency
