• Develop and produce engaging video content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter, effectively telling the story of our products and brand. • Manage and respond to comments and direct messages on all social media platforms to ensure timely and professional communication. • Take full ownership of video tutorials and product explainer videos, serving as the primary on-screen representative of our brand. • Host webinars and customer feedback sessions to gather insights and improve the customer experience. • Create, design, and distribute email updates and monthly release notes to keep customers informed of new features and developments. • Monitor brand perception and stay informed on industry trends, incorporating them into our content strategy. • Identify and manage relationships with influencers to promote our products effectively.
Requirements
