Description

• A Production Assistant at USG plays a crucial role in supporting new business development, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring efficient administrative processes • Second level of the production career path at USG • Responsibilities include various tasks related to sales, client management, and administrative functions such as reviewing application specifications, negotiating final pricing with carriers, handling binding and invoicing of accounts, providing customer service to retail agents, and staying current on industry trends and regulations

Requirements

• At least 2 years of prior insurance experience in wholesale brokerage/MGA, retail insurance agency, or insurance company • Knowledge of Windows-based software applications and basic typing skills • Knowledge of basic P&C insurance, forms, endorsements, rating methods, and terminology • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • C.I.S.R. or P&C license preferred but not mandatory
