• Content Marketing Manager - Remote • Seeking a rockstar to join their growing team • Lead all aspects of content strategy, planning, and execution • Elevate thought leadership presence, scale SEO performance, improve email click rates • Empower cross-team stakeholders with high-quality content • Work closely with teammates from all departments • Voted DC’s Best Startup and one of “DC’s Coolest Places to Work” • Define a cohesive content marketing strategy • Develop & execute monthly content plans for various content types • Identify high-value SEO opportunities and write high-quality content • Produce lead magnets and corresponding drip campaigns • Execute content requests from cross-team stakeholders • Collaborate with in-house marketing designer • Manage all day-to-day content operations • Maintain content calendars, coordinate external SEO, and manage freelancers

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional content and marketing experience • Experience writing quality content for multiple objectives and channels • Impeccable writing and communication skills • Experience executing keyword research • Working knowledge of external SEO tactics • Ability to hit deadlines while maintaining a high standard • Preference may be given to applicants with: - Experience working in SMB SaaS or the events industry - Experience working at a startup - Ability to pinch hit as a copywriter - Experience with Hubspot, Ahrefs, Asana, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, FullStory, Confluence, Google Workspace
