Description

• Headquartered in Santa Clara • Hybrid role, on-site in San Francisco (Santa Clara) • Ideally 3+ days per week in the office • Lead strategic development of all products • Define and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps • Customer-Centric Strategy development • Emphasize efficiency in product development • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Research, Design, Technology, Business) • Lead product launches and effective coordination with marketing, sales, and customer success teams • Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and collateral • Requires 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, including at least 3+ in a leadership role • Must have demonstrated success in launching and optimizing products • Experience with B2C SaaS, mobile, web, chatbots, messaging, voice, and multimodal technologies • Startup experience required • Individual contributor mindset required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Growth-oriented mindset • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with agile development methodologies • Ability to translate technical concepts clearly • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment • Ability to lead cross-functional teams towards common goals • Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering innovative solutions • Nice to have experience in hardware and related UI

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, including at least 3+ in a leadership role • Demonstrated success in launching and optimizing products (relevant case studies) • B2C SaaS experience • Mobile and web experience • Chatbots / Messaging / Voice / Multimodal experience • Customer Service Assistance tech/applications experience • Startup experience • Individual Contributor - willing to do the work while the team grows (this is a first Product Team hire) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with working alongside a wide variety of stakeholders, including tech, design, and business • A growth-oriented mindset and can thrive in a rapidly growing company • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable tasks • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment • Ability to lead cross-functional teams towards common goals • A passion for understanding customer needs and delivering innovative solutions • Nice to Have: Hardware and related UI experience
