• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with internal and external stakeholders • Inform and contribute to product strategies • Establish research capability, best practices, and processes • Potentially grow and manage a research team • Represent the organization and product at various industry events and thought leadership opportunities
Requirements
• 8+ years as a UX Researcher, with 2+ years in a lead role • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research • Experience with B2B and B2C SaaS products • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders • Growth-oriented mindset and adaptability to a rapidly growing company • Bonus if experienced in AI, conversational AI, or chatbots
