Description

• Oversee and manage the Company’s Client Success function • Drive long-term success for clients and the Company • Grow revenue by ensuring clients achieve their goals • Partner with the VP, Revenue on Client Success strategy • Oversee client onboarding, adoption, and retention • Proactively identify client needs and challenges • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Enablement teams • Analyze client data and metrics to identify trends • Develop and implement best practices for client success • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required • At least five years of consulting, account management, and client success experience • Proven experience in successful management and growth of strategic clients • At least three years of hands-on management or leadership experience • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Background in US Healthcare and SaaS solution delivery • Experience with Healthcare SaaS and/or analytics platforms preferred • Experience with Client Success methodologies and frameworks (e.g., CSM, NPS) • A keen ability to grasp complex technical concepts • Ability to manage and lead high-performing Client Success teams • Strong track record of driving client retention and growth • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills • Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels • Understanding of and experience with supporting clients across various markets • Ability to develop pricing models, client presentations, and other requisite resources • Data-driven approach to decision making • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce and pertinent business systems • Strong client service skills and commitment to exceeding client expectations • Well-developed interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Sound problem-solving skills
