Description

• Provide scheduling and travel management support for two of our executives. • Act as direct manager for our Executive Assistants (3 currently). • Coach and mentor our Executive Assistants in achieving their long term career goals, and particularly, in finding and growing towards opportunities on other teams at Vanta. • Working closely with leaders at Vanta to expand and enhance our talent development program for our Executive Assistants.

Requirements

• Meaningful (5-10 years) prior experience as an executive assistant, chief of staff, or other business operations role, including at least 5 years as a manager. • Demonstrable success in talent development and growing direct reports into expanded or new roles. • High trajectory, intelligence, and empathy.
