• Act as primary point of contact for clients on all staging installations • Properly scope design projects • Conduct design handoff meeting with sales rep and client • Stay within budget for custom furniture and accessory purchases • Inform scheduler of needs and work within reasonable deadline • Manage and execute design project • Support sale of Vesta Inventory • Stay within allotted time frame for installation • Photograph project inventory and create inventory list • Create invoice for project • Work within guidelines as provided by Operations Team
• Full understanding of Vesta’s online reservation system • 3+ years in interior design field • Experience managing a home installation or construction crew • Ability to work with integrity, trust, and commitment • Excellent written and spoken communication skills • Works well in collaborative settings • Deadline-driven and organized • Strong time management and problem-solving skills • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
