• Extensive experience with AWS or other cloud-based architectures • Expertise in Kotlin or similar programming languages • In-depth knowledge of DynamoDB, Kafka, or related databases and streaming services • Proven ability to architect and optimise systems for scalability and performance • Demonstrated leadership in driving the delivery of complex technical projects • Exceptional communication skills and a strategic, collaborative approach • Able to lead the delivery of technical projects • Ability to influence technology direction and decisions at the organisational level
