Description
• Work directly with Runtime team on Viant’s ad server • Manage a high-volume, low-latency application processing billions of requests a day • Utilize machine learning algorithms for bid optimization and dynamic performance optimization • Develop self-diagnostic and healing architecture • Provide technical expertise for web and system projects • Participate in review sessions and contribute to design insights • Develop projects in challenging timeframe • Assist team members and participate in system testing • Contribute to development and review of existing projects • Engage in all phases of software development life cycle • Interface with program managers and other developers for project assignments
Requirements
• Minimum B.S in computer science or related fields preferred • Strong foundation in computer science and OOP • 3+ years of experience programming in GoLang • Prior experience programming in Java preferred • Experience with MySQL, Oracle, and other database technologies • Able to develop detailed design specifications • Expert ability to identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner
