Description
• Viant is looking for an experienced Stock Plan Administrator • Responsible for the company’s equity incentive programs including non-qualified stock options and restricted stock units • Administers the company stock plans, prepares and provides information to stock plan participants, manages the processing of grants, award terminations, equity vesting, exercises, share pool tracking, treasury share accounting, etc • Maintains and updates the stock plan administration platform, prepares reports and provides analyses and works on moderate to complex projects
Requirements
• 5+ years stock administration experience in a U.S. public company • Very strong attention to detail and ability to perform self-audit to ensure data integrity and utmost accuracy at all times • Experience working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving organization • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects • Ability to build and maintain relationships • Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability • Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from data • Complete work within deadlines • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills • Advanced Microsoft skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Sound experience with using stock plan administrative platforms, such as E*TRADE/Equity Edge Online • CEP license
