• Administer company's equity incentive programs • Prepare and provide information to stock plan participants • Manage processing of grants, awards terminations, equity vesting, exercises, share pool tracking, etc. • Maintain and update stock plan administration platform • Prepare reports and provide analyses • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR teams • Manage integrity of plan participant and equity data • Process and monitor equity award activity • Conduct audits, analysis, and reconciliations • Partner with Finance for forecasting and budgeting • Work with internal and external audit partners • Fulfill tax-related support requests • Implement best practices with effective SOX controls • Manage relationship with third-party stock transfer agent • Ensure equity data integrity • Provide customer service to plan participants and partners • Manage participant equity education materials • Participate in or lead other projects as assigned
• 5+ years stock administration experience in a U.S. public company • Strong attention to detail • Experience working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving organization • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects • Self-motivated • Strong analytical skills • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Advanced Microsoft skills • Experience with stock plan administrative platforms • Completion of SOX controls • Stay knowledgeable of federal and state regulations and securities laws
