• Own and develop Vida's financial model and internal/external reporting. • Develop dashboards, financial models and complex data analyses to provide insights to finance leadership. • Apply business judgment and financial insights to support decision-making related to unit economics, margin levers, membership growth and new partnerships. • Actively track, understand and model business drivers such as member engagement, signups, retention, acquisition cost and provider capacity.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, corporate FP&A or business strategy/analytics. • Bachelor's or advanced degree in economics, finance, mathematics, engineering/computer science or a related field demonstrating quantitative competence. • Expert financial modeling and analytical skills, including advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions, SQL and BI tools (e.g. Looker). • Exemplary interpersonal skills to clearly articulate financial data to colleagues and stakeholders inside and outside of finance.
