Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience (6 years) in senior sales and marketing roles, with a focus on strategic planning and execution. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious goals. • Deep understanding of the US market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive market environment.
