• Lead strategic programs related to people analytics, employee engagement, etc. • Provide operational leadership in human resource functions • Implement employee support programs • Manage a team of Human Resources colleagues • Compile and manage key People Operations metrics • Oversight of office management and legal/regulatory topics
• At least 5 years of experience in senior People Operations-related leadership roles • Strong writing and analytical skills • Experience scaling an organization as Head of People or similar • Familiarity with Federal, California, and other labor laws • Expertise in compensation benchmarking and learning & development • Bachelor’s degree • Authorization to work in the United States
