🏡 Remote – Anywhere in California
• Solve escalated technical issues with customers via email and the occasional phone or video calls • Collaborate closely with Success, Product, Engineering, and other teams • Work with product and engineering to empower customers to resolve their own issues • Identify and implement improvements to the customer experience • Manage high-impact cross-functional projects • Be on-call for urgent system incidents
• 4+ years in a Support Engineering or customer success role at a technical organization • Scripting experience using Bash, Python, or Go • Based in West Coast or Hawaii • Excellent verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and effectively • Attention to detail – you sweat the small stuff • Ability to empathize with customers • Experience architecting, building, and delivering complex technical or non-technical systems from 0 to 1
