Requirements
•12+ Years of Experience in Underwriting Management and/or Professional Liability lines •5+ Years of Experience Managing Underwriting Teams •Understanding of key P&C lines of insurance •Ability to demonstrate a relentless commitment to GWP Growth •Experience working with actuarial, legal, product development, and compliance teams •Strong leadership and management skills •Proven ability to drive creative and innovative solutions •Experience in delivering complex projects from ideation through execution •Keen ability to prioritize high-impact work •Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships
