Requirements
• Proficiency in a backend language (eg. Python). • Experience with relational databases like Postgres. • Proven track record in developing exceptional software, especially in enterprise. • Prior experience in AI and large language models is a plus but not mandatory. • Extreme care about the end user experience and take pride in building exceptional products. • Demonstrated passion for start-ups or early-stage companies. • At least 5 years of experience in backend engineering with a focus on product development and scaling platforms. • Experience with AWS; On-prem deployment experience is a plus. • Prior experience designing and building large, complex systems. • Versatility across the stack (server, database, deployment) is essential. • Background as an early engineer in a rapidly growing startup. • Experience in renowned product organizations (e.g. Linear, Ramp).
