Description
• Own board bringup and automated board testing • Collaborate with the design team to prepare test plans based on design requirements and specifications • Ensure all key functions and edge cases are covered in the test plan • Write, debug, and optimize test scripts for automated board testing • Coordinate with software team to ensure seamless integration and operation • Use tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers for troubleshooting • Perform root cause analysis and work collaboratively with the team to resolve them • Maintain detailed documentation of test findings and resolved issues
Requirements
• Pursuing Bachelors or MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field • Prior experience or coursework related to microelectronics • Familiar with I2C, SPI, UART, USB, and Ethernet interface design • Proficient with lab tools such as bench power supplies, multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and soldering station • Strong background in EE fundamentals - Analog and Digital circuits • Familiar with EE CAD tools - Altium, or CAD, etc. • Familiar with scripting languages; Python preferred • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Able to work collaboratively and have end to end ownership
