Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s growth and strategic priorities. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global recruiting team. • Oversee the full recruitment life cycle for all positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Actively recruit for senior-level and critical roles, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. • Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions. • Leverage recruiting technology and tools to streamline processes and enhance the candidate experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a global team. • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing recruitment strategies. • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience with recruitment technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
