Description

• Organize and manage branded regional API Security Summits from start to finish • Source and secure venues, coordinate logistics, and handle all event details • Identify and recruit relevant speakers and panelists for events • Collaborate with partners and vendors to ensure seamless event execution • Implement lead capture strategies during events to ensure high-quality lead generation • Execute promotional plans to drive attendance and engagement for events • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms • Monitor and analyze event performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event planning, or a similar role, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry • Comprehensive experience in organizing and running effective events end-to-end • Proven track record of managing large-scale events and tradeshows from inception to completion • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on event performance • Ability to travel as required to support events and tradeshows
