• Oversee a global SDR organization. • Lead a team of global Sales Development Representatives & Managers. • Shape a people development program for career progression. • Create operational rigor for pipeline forecasting. • Implement a sales development go-to-market plan. • Drive a positive and collaborative culture. • Align with various teams on sales strategy. • Report on team performance, KPIs, and insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS. • 5+ years of experience building and managing a high performing Sales Development Org in B2B SaaS. • positive attitude and a love of close team collaboration. • exceptional communication skills with feedback providing/receiving ability. • excitement to build things from scratch. • flexible, adaptive, and resilient character with a history of improvement. • experience selling products in complex or technical fields. • curiosity about new domains, especially climate. • extreme ownership of customers’ impressions of Watershed. • experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments.
