Description
• Oversee all aspects of corporate and technical accounting and reporting • Lead the financial close process • Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors • Develop and implement robust internal controls • Stay current with and implement new accounting standards and regulatory requirements • Work closely with the broader finance team • Oversee the management of accounting systems and tools • Collaborate with key departments to scale company-wide systems and processes • Lead, develop, and mentor a growing accounting team
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA license required (inactive status considered) • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role • Strong foundation in technical accounting (US GAAP) and financial reporting • Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and Excel • Proven track record in managing and scaling accounting operations • Extensive experience in developing and implementing internal controls • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing global accounting teams • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
