•Pitch content ideas that entertain and engage action, fantasy, anime, and gaming fans as well as comic fans •Assist with a large volume of short-form video content to be distributed via TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels •Write copy for our owned-and-operated channels based on our brand personality •Update and track multiple content creation and upload schedules to ensure timely delivery of creative assets •Schedule, organize, and monitor content performance with social media management tools (e.g. Sprinklr) •Help optimize YouTube thumbnails, video titles, and video descriptions for owned-and-operated and influencer channels •Other duties and projects as assigned
•You’re deeply engaged in WEBTOON and entertainment, especially with action, fantasy, anime, and gaming •Knowledgeable about social media platforms from the brand perspective, including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram •Overflowing with social media ideas based on pop culture, memes, and stories •Thrive on producing entertaining, trending content that resonates with Gen-Z audiences •Can work in a fast-paced environment and execute multiple projects with enthusiasm and attention to detail
