Description
• Lead the Solutions and Deployment teams. • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of technology solutions. • Manage major projects and ensure high-quality delivery. • Supervise and mentor deployment specialists and solution architects. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships. • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
• 5+years of experience in technology solutions management, deployment, or related roles. • 5+ years / strong technical background in SaaS technology experience • 5+ years in a client facing role. • 3+ years directly managing a team. • Proven experience in project management, including the use of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Knowledge of healthcare industry best practices and emerging technologies is nice to have. • Project management education / certification is nice to have. • Customer service education / certificates nice to have.
