• Manage a talented group of IT service professionals • Foster positive relationships between WMG Tech and business leadership • Provide first-class ServiceDesk, Desktop, and VIP support • Ensure support is completed within SLA's and WMG standards • Collaborate with peers to innovate and improve processes • Lead and mentor IT staff • Monitor team performance metrics • Manage local inventories of end user equipment • Align with peers to ensure 24x7 support • Provide written communication to stakeholders • Collaborate with other WMG Tech teams to resolve incidents • Shape the future of IT operations at a leading entertainment company
• 8-10 years of prior experience managing IT support teams • Hands-on technical experience with Macs, PCs, Iphones, and Androids • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Azure AD, Active Directory, Intune, Jamf, and Powershell • Practical experience troubleshooting network, wifi, and application access issues • Proficiency in monitoring and managing to KPI's using ServiceNow • Strong written communication skills • Ability to manage small scale projects • Experience with financial budget management • ITIL, Microsoft, Mac Support, and HDI certifications preferred
